Small, cozy café with outdoor services in summer on the newly designed market square. In front of the café there are water games that children love to accept. Inside the café, seating furniture like in a living room; therefore the name. Delicious cakes, all of which are lovingly made in Berneck. Nice atmosphere and very courteous, friendly staff. Also pay attention to compliance with the corona regulations. A bit of a disadvantage is that the toilets are in the town hall next door, so it's a short walk

Very nice café in the middle of Altensteig. Ambience and prices are ok. The selection of cakes should be a bit more, but those that are there taste delicious; o)

Super comfortably furnished. You can tell that everything is done with a lot of love and attention to detail. The homemade spreads and jams are absolutely delicious! The menu is manageable, but there is sure to be something for everyone!

I love the decor and the view of the old town. The coffee is good and the selection of cakes is always varied and lovingly baked. The staff is always nice too. Simply to feel good.

The cafe is very comfortably furnished. Breakfast is amazing. I could see into the kitchen from my seat and I am thrilled. Fresh rolls, sausage from the butcher's shop and much more in organic quality. Everything was freshly and individually executed for every order. I also like to wait a few minutes longer for this attention to detail.

Ambience of the 50s / 60s. The service staff was very nice (including the "boss") and afloat! The cakes we tasted were all delicious - and you sit very nicely (with a view of the historic old town). Just go and enjoy! ;-)

Very slow service. Wait 15 minutes for the order to be taken and then after 1 hour to learn that the order was forgotten. And although we were 2x point out that the order comes right away. There was no excuse either. Tables are barely cleared and there is no sign of wiping. Had hoped by the pictures really more. Will probably not give 2x.

I got the really best breakfast here! "From everything ebbes" = means something to all non-Swabians. According to the season, organic and local, served with cordiality. Although the road in front of it is being rebuilt at the moment it is still a place to feel good. Children can play protected. The large sandbox is ideal for smaller ones.

So what of cozy. Good for the hangout. Details: Staff super friendly, makes possible what is possible. Great breakfast, all fresh and partly homemade (spreads). Great scenery. If it were not for the living room, one would have to invent it exactly the same way.

Nice cafe for breakfast with a special character. Very nice and attentive service. The breakfast is sumptuous and has a good value for money. The jam is homemade and with sausage and cheese we made sure that everything comes from the region. In summer there is a nice outdoor area overlooking the old town. We will come back.

Super nice staff. Delicious ice cream playground for the kids. Wonderful ... only the main street and the smokers are a bit annoying.
